So to summarize, NW2 here, been on finasteride for 8 months, minoxidil for 5 months and Nizoral for 1 month (one application when I wash my hair once a week, ok I have long curly hair so).

All in all, finasteride is, as expected, only maintaining as it's rarely "logical" to see any improvement for an NW2 other than maintenance, temple regrowth is rare anyway. As for minoxidil, I am only applying it on my bare temples + on my thin sides, behind the ears and my receding neckline, this is my real issue here. Bare temples are very easy to cope with while, since I have a very long hair, my retrograde alopecia is my huge issue making my overall density thin. minoxidil didn't do anything whether for bare temples or my other problematic areas.

1) Should I just drop minoxidil all together? Should I just drop it for my temples and neckline and just continue applying it and focus only on my sides to see whether higher pumps of minoxidil are needed for these problematic areas?
2) What other options do I really have? I am open for experimentation as long as it's available in my area (Lebanon)

Some girls experienced regrowth in their neckline, as I've read on heralopecia but I think that I will be kicked out if I join lol. Retrograde alopecia seems to be the hardest challenge of hair loss diseases to ever exist, hell even DUPA can be treated with positive results.
