I've heard that reducing DHT only works for so long because the androgen receptors upregulate. When that happens I've heard that one should increase the dose (Duta|Fina)steride. Is there a long term strategy to deal with androgen receptor upregulation? Should one plan a slow ramp-up over 10-20 years?
Should I start Dutasteride at a lower dose, so that I can increase it later?
