Was on finasteride for like 2.5/3 years. Never noticed any libido or erection issues. If there were issues, it was minor. Still was losing hair tho so looked into duta. Regretting ever starting dutasteride. Started duta .5mg late April. Dropped finasteride when I took my first pill of duta .5mg. Was on it for 3 months, sex drive and erection quality was absolutely nuts. I was horny af for like 1.5 months (Felt like I was like 13), after only 2-3 weeks on duta. After like 2 months in sh*t reversed, and started having libido and erection quality issues. So I completely dropped duta and all ar inhibitors. After 3-4 weeks or so things seemed to be starting to go back to normal (what I felt like on just finasteride). Was getting morning wood more often, so started finasteride, but 0.5mg daily instead. Lately, have been getting morning wood occasionally, but have been having issues maintaining an erection and getting a quality erection. When I was visiting a girl for a week, I had trouble keeping it hard multiple times, when switching positions, and my erections just weren't as hard. It was weird though, I was able to c*m almost as fast, and was able to c*m even when I wasn't like fully erect. Also sex drive seemed lower. I can't tell if some of it is in my head now from being psyched out before about the duta, or if I am really having issues. Because at times things seem to be fine. Like I remember I was fooling around with her and my junk wasn't getting hard at all. Then I relaxed and didn't think about it and was fine 5 minutes later. Idk tho. Do you think I should quit for a while and see if things change? Really worried about my hair tanking. If I did drop it temporarily how long would it take for most of the sh*t to be out of my system? Like 2 weeks?

I think you took a scare with duta and now it is all in your head.

You don't think I should drop it for a while to see? Dropping treatments doesn't worry me a ton because I am not even sure if they are doing anything for my hair. Ended up dropping minoxidil months back cuz continued to lose hair in the areas I was applying and nothing changed. Lost loads of density on finasteride, most of it 3 months in for like 9 months, but no crown bald spot so idk. If I had maintenance or some regrowth I wouldn't even test it.

Might be your body cycling and will adjust. I don't think it is in your head based on your description of the problem with the previous encounters. Worry going forward could put a mental component into however. I'd hang in there 6-8 more weeks for more cofirmation of symptoms.
