Should I drop shampoo???

I've been considering dropping shampoo. I use nizoral 3x a week and my hair is very short and not oily so it doesnt seem to effect my hair much if any. I figure the less garbage I put on my scalp the better. Or if it is important that I shampoo what should I use in between nizoral days to improve scalp health?

maybe a good conditioning shampoo just to keep everything healthy?? i think im going to try some of that Crew Thickening conditioner.. has anyone tried this?? I've tried Crews regular conditioner in the past and it feels pretty damn good.
