Having read these boards for a while its really hard to say whats a good sign and what isn't because alot of the time you get the first part of the story but not the ending.
I hear shedding is a good sign (for the most part) but what about receding? is that in the same ball park as shedding or is that a bad sign?
I have read people say they lost alot of hair in the shower and thats a sign of shedding... well i don't have that issue because i ain't noticing anymore hair fall then i had before so i think i am just receding.
If hair fall (shedding) is a sign that your scalp is making room for new hair then shouldn't that mean receding is the opposite?
