Shedding Vellus Hairs -- Good Or Bad Sign?

I'm shedding a lot of vellus hairs recently (>30/day) but not many terminal hairs. I'm on RU.

Is this a good sign or not?

In my experience that is a good sign. Shedding a lot of terminal hairs would be a bad sign.
