Shedding Many Many Short Hairs 19 Yo

hi, I’m 19 nearly 20

I have curly (very curly) hair, i have a fade with very long hair on top (10+ inches)

It makes it easier to notice shorter hairs (less than 2 inches) that fall when i wash my hair (once a week, where i also detangle)

I also shed hairs that have the current length of my hair overall which does not bother me.

I’d like to point out that my hair being this curly, hairs that die have no way to actually fall untill i detangle my hair in the shower

I’m not noticing any thinning for the time being, but it might be the start of it. As for the hairline it receided a bit compared to how it was a few years ago, but its not that bit of a concern for now

Please help, I really don't see any reason why i would shed so much short hairs

Unless it's biologically possible to have a lot of hair with really short terminal length all over my scalp (and not just the hairline and nape)

For those why are experiencing thinning, did it start that way? shedding short hairs untill those said short hairs have completely shrunk and the follicle died ?
