Shedding Lots With No Treatment Yet

Hi

I'm new here but not new to hair loss. I've been shedding for sometime and recently started shedding a lot more than usual. However, I have not used any treatments yet and I wasn't going to until I visited a dermatologist. The problem now is with more shedding and my appointment being about 2 months away, I feel like I could lose so much by then that I'd have to shave my head lol...

Just wondering what I should do. If you guys have any suggestions, please help me out. Thanks!

I wasted like 8 months trying to get prescriptions from a dermatologist, it seemed like he wanted to wait until half my hair was gone before he would give me a prescription for finasteride. I would just cancel the appointment and order some online
