Shedding! Looking For Advice And Help!

Hey guys, I was on finasteride 1mg/day for 8 months after which I quit cold turkey and switched to dutasteride 0,5 mg/day which I have been on for almost 6 months now. During this time I have missed 3-4 dutasteride pills, but have stayed pretty consistent. However lately, maybe for the past month or so I have noticed increased shedding and more alarmingly that my hair appears to be and feels thinner than before. What is going on? Is the dutasteride not working or am I going through a shedding phase which I eventually will recover from?

Hmm. I've been on finasteride and minoxidil for about 11 months and I've have 2 big sheds. Around the 3rd month I was losing a lot of hair but was told it was normal so I waited and it completely stopped. Until about the 8th month I shed LIKE CRAZY! I would shake my hands through my hair over the sink and hundreds of hairs we falling out. That happed for almost 2 months. Then at the 10th month completely stopped.

I feel like my hair started very similar to yours in those pictures and I have had pretty great results since so I assume this is normal and part of my new hairs cycle or something. I think you just have to power through the sheds.
