Hi guys. Right now I'm just using minoxidil. Before the start of minoxidil I've never noticed any shedding but my hair was noticeable thinner with receding hairlines which is why I decided to start. Now I have a bunch of miniaturized hairs on my temples which if they grew into terminal hairs my hair would look great. The only time I ever noticed shedding was after starting minoxidil and it wasn't much much and it went away quickly. How long after starting finasteride can I expect shedding? I'm trying to decide whether I should take it now or just push it back as I have something coming up early next month and I don't want to have a bad shed right before it!
