I was reading a previous post about shedding where it talks that hairs are actually not falling out all together but are replaced by smaller hairs in an earlier growth stage. Well would it not be true if you had your head shaved, than shedding would not even effect you??? I mean it would but you would not notice at all???

Shaving your head at the beginning of a regimen is the greatest thing you can do.

1) Mentaly prepare yourself for having to do it if the regimen fails.
2) You cant count hairs that you cant see so you'll stop worrying about hairloss.
3) If your regimen works, you will have a thick head o' hair by the time it grows back. Whitnessing the contrast is amazing and will make you feel like a billion bucks.
4) Less shampoo, cheaper.
5) Topicals are easier.
