whats your opinion on this?? Shampoos didn't work for me and too much dandruff is embarassing for me.So shaing head to remove them will be fine and taking precautionary measures to prevent them coming from next time

Have you tried Nizoral (or any other Keto based shampoos)? In my experience this is by far the best treatment for dandruff.

Yeah tried a few keto based shampoos and a oral medicine too.Nothing has worked.Hair spa does help a bit but dandruff comes again with itchingHave you tried Nizoral (or any other Keto based shampoos)? In my experience this is by far the best treatment for dandruff.

Well, if even something as powerful as Nizoral doesn't work personally I'd see a specialist.
Shave your head if you wish but prepare yourself because you're going to look completely different.....................
