I am currently using nizoral on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Friday's and then weekend off. Thats 3 days a week. Are there any other shampoos that I could use when I am not using Nizoral? Any that are good as an anti-inflammatory or perhaps shampoos that are good for scalp health? Any advice?

green tea shampoos are suppose to be good for your scalp health. Some guy on HLH claims that it helps him to regrow hair even.

Something that has helped me in the past has been a shampoo put out by Nature's Gate called "Herbal Biotin Treatment Shampoo". It helped my hair with body and thickness.

Actually, I think I will start using it again. It also left a tingly feeling on my scalp that lasted for a few moments. The thing is, since I've moved to a new location, I haven't been able to find it. It's usually available at health food stores like GNC.
