i am using minow twice a day -morning and night my question is do i have to shampoo before each use or 1 shampoo a day enough ...what do you guys do and have had any regrowth?
once a day is enough. It is good to have clear pores when applying it, but 12 hours is not long enough to build up that much junk, unless you are a construction worker or something.
