Not to scare anyone here. Been on finasteride 3 years, thought I never had any issues sexually with it. Did notice I was less interested in sex over time, but thought it was due to depression from hair loss. Quit finasteride like 2 weeks ago, as I wasn't getting morning wood often and sex drive seemed pretty sh*t. My sex drive is significantly higher right now than it has been. I may just be in a better mood, but may be finasteride-related. I had a girl visit me for the past week, and during the beginning of the week I was having some trouble getting erect when fooling around and getting really hard during sex, but was still able to finish and f***, just took more work and would lose my erection sometimes to an extent when switching positions and what-not. Towards the end of the week I was horny af and could f*** multiple times a day and was getting hard just making out. Not sure if it is in my head slightly, or just started getting more comfortable and thinking less about the finasteride so I was less nervous. Idk tho.
I may go back on to test whether things change, but think I will stay off it for another week to see how I am feeling off it. Not sure it has really done anything for my hair anyway as I have continued to lose hair, but afraid my hair may absolutely tank if I stay off it. What do you guys think? Should I try going back on and see?
