@JeanLucBB this is after 7800 grafts, which were evenly placed (not dense packed like you) leaving a balding look, which an exposed crown. You dense packed your hairline and you'll look much thinner than this. In direct light this guy is definently see through. I'm not against hair transplants on high nws. I never have been because at least they know the extent of loss and can plan accordingly. When you get a hair transplant at a nw3 and dense pack it, when your a Norwood 6, your results won't look like this, and this is still a balding looking man. Imagine what you will look like.

Every hair transplant doctor in the world will tell you the only possible density a bald person can achieve is 35%.
