Septoplasty gone wrong

Hi i had a septoplasty like 3 weeks ago, now i have a small hole in my middle bone (septum) also known as profriated septum and when ever i breath it makes whistling noises and keeps geting buidup its actually pissing me off.

I dont want to live with a whistling noise from my nose when ever i breath is there a way to fix it
