I hope someone who has had experience with this could give me some valuable advice.
Recently I bought Derma Match from their website and I loved the product so much that I want to sell it online in my country (Outside US) on a website that is similar to Ebay.
I have great faith in this product, but the one obstacle which worries me is customers returning the product because it does not match their hair color. This would pose a big risk for me because if they return it, I pretty much can't sell it to anyone else.
The thing about the Derma Match colors is they can be deceiving, I thought that I would need Black color, but it didn't match and it turned out that Dark Brown matched perfectly, which is confusing because I have black hair.
So can anyone please offer some advice on how to get around this?
