So, I first noticed my hair was thinning about a year ago, prompting me to give Rogaine a go. Unfortunately since its very hard to get the stuff in my country I was only able to procure three months worth but noticed a few weeks after stopping treatment that some parts of my hair that was previously fine had thinned. I largely attributed this to it not working and decided to give finasteride a go, which I stopped after 5 days (last Friday)- I'm currently recovering from the sides (seeing improvements). After a little reading regarding how both minoxidil and finasteride work I feel like they'd compliment each-other nicely but as I'm not willing to even risk a few weeks of side effects for hair I'm wondering, has anybody had success combining it (rogaine) with a topical DHT inhibitor like spironolactone and Nizoral?
