just a short story, i am on minoxidil since 9-10 month (front), 18 Month (Back of head) and finpecia since 10 month approx.
I was very satisified, almost no shedding in the shower ( 5 hair at the max) each day. Recovery of my hairline was more than what i was expecting from minoxidil.
Now with the warm weather comming in, i have lost lots in the shower lately (40-50 hair the other friday  )
2 Friday ago, we had a very warm and nice day 28-30 degres. This was the first warm day since last summer and i have noticed the day after (Saturday) that i had lost lots of hair in my morning shower, specially from my hair line. Do you guys think this is related the the warm season that is comming in (change in temperature) ? My hairline look like $hit now, specially my right side.
I also have a Convertible Car and we did some cruising during that day...
I remember having put some Rogaine 5% on my hairline right before going for a ride with the Mustang. Could this be the reason i have shead like this from my hairline... could having put some minoxidil and then went outside with the 30degres sunshine on my head plus the wind from driving the convertible be the reason of that all of a suddent shed ? I am still shedding but at rate lesser and lesser each day comming to my normal shed (4-6hair in the shower) this morning.
Man, am i dissapointed, i was in a situation where i was not thinking of my hairloss anymore, i was recovering very well, my hair was looking very well too. What a change since a week.
Waiting for your response. Thanks.

Shedding does tend to occur in seasonal phases. The common rule of thumb that has been tossed around here is that losing 100-150 hairs a day is normal. Fact of the matter is that this is an average, and in actuality, we will have months when we undershoot this average significantly, and then months when we will overshoot it.

Hair is usually not shed at an even rate throughout the year. When hair sheds, it tends to have an element of synchronization with other hairs, leading to periods of shedding and other periods when you don't tend to shed much at all.

This, again, is another factor in why counting shed hairs each day is a horribly inaccurate way of making judgements as to what one's male pattern baldness status is.

do you think it is bad to put some Rogaine and go out without covering your scalp, specially diring hot days. Would the alchol included into the rogaine in combination with the sun could arm something ?

I think if you drove a Japanese Sports car you would not have shed.
