I just seen some Schwarzkopf Activ M in boots its a shampoo and a lotion

it says on the box its contains cartinartrate echinacia and talrine? any good?

The shampoo won't save your hair...as for the tonic....the ingredients you listed don't seem beneficial(IMO) in stopping hair loss.

hes right it wont stop your hair falling out. im sure its a decent shampoo but theres quite a few of them.
