Scared to move forward

I'm new to the forums and been battling hairloss for 6 years now and I'm 28. I actually had sucess with my own findings and methods of regrowing hair and keeping it, but I'm to the point where it's just not enough.

I need some convincing that fincar would do me more good than harm. I'm a bit scared to invest in something that might not work but make things worse.

I will make a post on how I did regrow my hair later on.

For a person suffering Male Pattern Baldness, Finasteride will never make your hair worse than better. There is the initial shed, which will be followed by regrowth of a stronger, healthier follicle. Unless you quit Finasteride before the regrowth occurs, your hair will look better. Don't be afraid of a shed, look forward to it, the bigger the shed the more regrowth.

The only thing you have to worry about with Finasteride is side effects. If they do occur, drop the medication and things will return to normal. Some say to continue and wait for your body to become accustomed to the Drug, but I think that would be risky.

Also, Please tell us what your own methods were..
