Scared to give scalp massage.

so i thought evertime id apply nizoral to my scalp i would massage it in for like 10 minutes, since the nizoral would be absorbed better and the massage good for circulation. But what is the point if youre losing 50 hairs during thay process? scalp massages for people losing their hair is a joke...

Just be gentle? You should only benefit from it. If the hairs come out that easily then they were about to fall out anyway. I assume you're not vigorously pulling at your hair. I noticed a lot of hairs falling it out when I first started massaging, but that was just the first two times or so.

Are the hairs that fall miniaturized hairs?

When I massage my hair, healthy thick hair falls.

This is the reason why I'm in doubt if I have male pattern baldness or not.

no most of them are healthy thick hairs, but theres still a lot of miniaturized hairs that cone with it
