scalp irration, boils???

every few days on my hairline ive been developing these bumps with blood inside... i guess they are boils or something else... and i've even had a few on my crown... the two areas i apply minoxidil notably....has anyone else experienced this or know what it can possibly be? im not sure if its a good reaction, bad reaction... something completely seperate from situation.

i prob made that sound more severe then it is... its like one boil at a time... then it will go away in day or so then 2 days later one comes in diff spot..
