Scalp infection?

I'm worried that I have a scalp infection. I have little red bumps all over my head, I'm not sure if they're pimples or some form of infection, any telling factors? It's also painful when I move my hair against the grain -- like the follicles hurt almost.

Most likely you are allergive to the Propyl something in the rogaine....Those red bumps/acne like spots is folliculitus...You need to get antibiotics to clear them up and if they itch...use dandruff shampooo until they go away...............
