Tricomin Thearpy Spray
Folligen Lotion
Inflaml Plus
Inflamal Shampoo
Jasons Vitamin E Beauty Oil
Jasons Vitamin K Cream

I was thinking on applying this the following;

Morning

Shower Inflamal shampoo
Tricomin or Folligen Application

Throughout the day

Jasons Vitamin K Cream

Evening

Apply Infamal Plus

I know you probably think im mad but i just want to hopefully get it solved in a oner.

What do you think off the regimen???

Dear God man! It's only one week now until operation overkill?!

It's a lot simpler than that. First you need to get clippers or something to cut your hair really short if it is not already, because it will be a killer on your scalp if you try and shave with hair longer than 1/8 of an inch long. Just get some clippers without a guard on the lowest setting and get as much hair cut as possible.

Get some sensitive skin shaving cream or even some shaving cream with aloe mixed in. Make sure you have a new razor blade or even a good disposable razor with at least 3 blades, I use a 3 blade disposable razor and it's only like 2.50 for 4 of them.

The key to avoiding irritation is making sure you shave your head the way your hair is growing. In other words for the top of your head make sure you shave down towards your face and for the sides and back shave down towards your feet. Hair on your crown grows in a circular pattern so you just have to shave a little bit and see if you are going with the hair or against the hair.

After you have shaved your head a few times that way start shaving the hairs at more of an angle. Like for the sides instead of shaving down towards your feet start shaving towards your face starting from the bottom and working at an upward 45 degree angle. It will give you a closer cut and it will give your skin a chance to get use to a closer shave. A week or so of that and then you can start shaving against the grain of your hair for a much closer cut.

I never used any products and only irritated my skin once when I accidently used an older blade to cut against the grain, but other than that one time I have never had any problems.

Hope things go well.

Good Luck Man! I'm not familiar w/ any of those products first hand - but here's hoping they do the trick for you. :martini:

Keep us informed.

PS: I do use the tricomin therapy spray - and that's supposed to be good for scalp health.

Last night I had a little case of the scalp itchies - and instead of my before-bed xandrox15 application - I smeared 4 dabs of 100% pure aloe gel on my scalp. Felt nice and cool and soothing.

You've been asking the same questions over and over again in different threads and you've been saying you are going to be shaving your head 'in a week's time' for about a month now.

What's the point of asking the same questions over and over again when you keep getting the same answers?

Are you looking for a different answer/advice?

Shave it down on 1 or 2 guard with clippers and leave it for a bit.

And do it today not next week, other wise you'll never do it.

Is it ok to apply a small amount of hydrocorstine cream to the scalp?

My local hospital has an "Ask a Nurse" program - where you just call up the hospital w/ questions like these.

Seriously Kev - I know you've seen a derm recently - but you still might be better off looking for professional help w/ some of these questions.

My guess is Yes, it's OK to use a small amt of hydrocorstine (sp?) cream on your scalp.

Right ive done it i buzzed my hair down to a 2 and it actually aint as bad as i expected. I don't want to keep it that way but i can live for it for now.

I have started applying emu oil in the morning some aloe vera in the afternoon and some more emu oil at night.

When i have a shower i use Tricomin Shampoo and Conditioner. Should i be shampooing at all!!!??

Ive only being going the regemin for 3 days and i would say i haven't felt any difference.
I would say that the itching has got worse. But maybe its having short hair has done it. I would actually say the pain as gone or even ,feel it sometimes.

WHAT SHOULD I DO HairLossTalk.com??

Products Bought/On way

Inflamal
Inflaml Shampoo
Pure Aloe Vera Gel
Emu Oil
Tricomin Therapy Spray

Have you tried giving your scalp a rest from applying stuff. You might be doing more harm than good by keeping on with it.I overdone it on Nizoral and betnovate and i had chronic pain and itching and i didnt put anything near my scalp and hair for a while and it got better.

Ye i tried that, Washed my hair a max of once a day.Occasionally went a couple of days, but no help. I also stopped nizoral and T-Gel for ages but no help. Changed shampoo to Green Tea used Tricomin shampoo conditioner therapy spray no help.

The doctor said i should try an anti hystamine but will that not just cover the real problem??

If i brush my hair with my hand my roots have a weird tingly feeling. Alo if i push my scalp together it feels sore nd if its inflamed.
