scabs behind the hairline

I've found two tiny, tiny pin-pricked sized scabs behind each side of my hairline in the past few weeks. I've been using minoxidil 5% mixed with hair signals for about two weeks now, along with coming up on 13 months of proscar.

Are these a sign of adverse minoxidil reaction? Or do they mean absolutely nothing?

edit: I worded that weirdly - I've been on minoxidil for close to 9 months, just started mixing hair signals in two weeks ago.
