Basically this guy had like...hair @ the VERY VERY back of his temples...or the side of the head where the ears grow...and had hair where normally you would see a slick bald crown..he was SLICK everywhere else including the very back of his head...no horsehoe or anything...he had it grown very long to cover the back of his head but it was obviusly still pretty visible...my first thought was he had some transplant done before the hairloss that renders u fully hairless takes over...but he still had eye lashes and if all hair is suspceptible then his donor hair which is now implanted @ the top back of his head would be gone too. Never seen anything like it. Another weird 1 i saw was hair gone everywhere except literally a square @ the very back of the horeshoe...90% of the horseshoe was decimated to slickness.
