a lot of people in this forum think they have an open mind, but actually they repeat the same "use the big 3" over and over again...

ofcourse it's true that succes from finasteride and rogaine has the greatest scientific backup, that doesn't mean that they are the most succesfull.

People who have experienced serious side effect from finasteride, like Gyno, did have great succes with their hair, but the rest of their body became worse.

and yes, naturals like saw palmetto have also their risks.
still i think we need to keep an open mind to make real progress

Unlike the people who you refer to, I tried saw palmetto for 2 years, when I was about 17 til 19. I can say that from my experience it had no effect in reversing my hairloss. There is no evidence that it works to improve the quality of your hair. It will improve your urinary function if you have problems in that department, however.
