Saw palmetto & finasteride

ive been on the big 3 since June. hairloss seems to have stopped. some minor thickening noticed- minimal improvement on the hairline. should I start taking saw palmetto pills?

Saw palmetto has not been proven clinically to regrow hair.
I took it for 6 months and it did absolutely nothing for me except give me dark circles under my eyes.

I am now on finasteride and Nizoral and am making good progress.

I wouldn't bother with saw palmetto

I'd take cod liver oil or omega 3's capsules over saw palmetto.

I am using saw palmetto and finasteride and so far so good. I have been using these two together for three weeks now. I decided to add saw palmetto having used it before prior to using finasteride and found i had little side affects from it. Although not enough to stop hairloss by itself, in my opinion it is a great addition to add to maximise the affects of finasteride. I dont think it'll be very affective on hairlines though. Expect more shedding.
