RU mixing issue

So I got my 10GR of RU in the mail today, got the scale, PG and went to the liquor store and bought everclear. The thing is, I noticed that my everclear is 151 proof 75.5 ABV. Would it be useless to create my solution with out 190 proof everclear? I need a permit in my state to buy it.

IDK if it will dissolve properly in 75%... maybe just get some 90% rubbing alcohol from the drug store?

Is it all about dissolving? Nothing to do with how the drug is absorbed? I may test out 100mg of RU, 3ML of alcohol (75% everclear) and 1 ML of PG for one dose to see if it dissolves.

UPDATE
Dissolved just fine in the alcohol with a little stirring, applied my first 100mg, 4ml. Man it feels good! Hope I'm not rendering it useless with the slightly weaker alcohol.

Thinking about starting a photo blog recording my progress when adding RU to BIG 3 regimen.

I couldn't get Everclear, so I managed to get Spirytus Rektykiowany which is a polished vodka at 95%. I hope it still works lol.
