Started Rogaine about a month and a half ago, I started to shed from the areas I applied the rogaine to(Temple area for receding hairline). I took this as a sign of the rogaine starting to work. Soon after I started shedding hairs from other areas of my head, such as the middle of my head, the crown ect. This was accompanied by an annoying itch, and tingling sensation, and pain in the scalp. Any ideas of what might be going on? Suggestions on what to do? All input would be great, thanks!

Hey.....how are things now? Did you continue with the treatment?
I got same thing after 1 n half months.
I'm starting to get bad thoughts, i.e scam product claiming 9/10
If I ever had dandruff in the past I could always feel it on the scalp with my fingers.
But my scalp is smooth yet does the itch with rogain foam. Not many success stories compared to fail threads. You would think there would be a ratio 9:10 in favour of success stories but I think it is the other way around looking at the numbers.
The proof is in the pudding. I am going to keep using it as I will leave no excuses that can be exposed and see what happens.
