Hi all,i've been gradually losing hair since my mid 20's.About 18 months ago i started finasteride and added rogaine foam 8 months ago.i was really worried about shockless after reading peoples stories but i was pleased when i started the foam that i didn't get any.Two weeks ago i went to the states for a break and the day after getting there it started to fall out.i used to lose 4 or 5 hairs washing my hair now its 20 odd.when applying foam now i have another 10 on my fingers when i used to have none. What i'm asking is this shockloss? Is it normal to start 8 months after use? Thanks folks

You went from counting 5 hairs to counting 10? You really can't draw any conclusions from that! As my signature says take regular photos, don't count hairs.

Also 'shock loss' refers to people who've just had hair transplants.
