I just found out it's illegal here in Norway to buy medicines/drugs from countries outside the EU/EEA, which means that my shipments of Rogaine Foam from cheapotc.com could get confiscated. Where is the best place to buy Rogaine Foam online within the EU/EEA?

Anyway I got a private message suggesting http://www.minoxidil-direct.co.uk. I tried ordering some foam from that site, but it turned out the package was actually sent from the USA.
