Hi guys !

Ok , so i just bought this arsenal of mean-lean-fighting-hair-loss-machines !..I got Rogaine , Revivogen , Tricomin , Nizoral and...well Toppik just for the laugh of it ! :punk:

Well problem is...this is complicated stuff..

You hair has to be dry for this , you cant take a shower after at least 4 hours for that , you cant blow dry your hair for the other..Man this is not a picnic..

So what the heck am i doing here blabbing about this ..?

I need your help : How in the world do you manage a plausible schedule and routine without going insane ?

Cmon lets hear it , giving these variables , how would you plan your routine ?

variable a ) Rogaine

variable b ) Revivogen

variable c ) Tricomin

variable d ) Nizoral

variable e ) Toppik (you can ignore this one if you want..besides i think im gonna be laughing at myself after i make my hair fuller with evil powder ! :ididit:

variable f ) I SHOWER EVERYDAY ! (yes i am a dying breed i know ) :bravo:

variable g ) I usally wake up at 8am and turn in at midnight (love my 8 hours of sleep  )

Waiting for your wisdom to enlight the path of this young padawan (am i the only one that thinks this was an incredibly geek ending to my post ?? ) :stfu:

there are many other users here that have more than 4 hair loss treatments in their regime.

you need to start something that you can follow.

if you're worried about too many products, i'd ditch the tricomin.

a good regime to me would be 2x minoxidil applications, 1x revivogen 1hr before bed (and at least 1hr after minoxidil). nizoral shampoo every 2nd or 3rd day.

you also need to be sure that none of these products are going to cause you irritation and it might be difficult to figure out if the culprit(s) if you're using everything at once

i would also add some kind of internal to the mix, nothing harsh, eg 2x fish oil / day.

take pictures, keep us posted, and good luck.

thanks billythekid !

so would this be a good scenario :

Morning :

1 - wake up
2 - shower
3 - blow dry my hair so its ..well...dry
4 - Apply rogaine foam
5 - Wait 10 minutes and apply Tricomin
6 - Apply Toppik
7 - Eat fish oil

Evening :

7 - Apply Rogaine
8 - Wait a few minutes and apply Revivogen
(which must happen AT LEAST 1 hour before going to bed ?.. )
9 - Eat fish oil

-------------------
And then do this everyday of my life .
-------------------

I have no idea where i am getting myself into...have i ?

btw .. fish oil ? really ...? :puke:

oops.

i thought for some reason you were anti-propecia. have you considered it?

fish oil probably wont do much for your hairloss, i just think it's a good supplement to be taking in the long run, if you're gonna take it just have 2x caps at lunch OR dinner.

not sure how long you have to wait after applying minoxidil to apply revivogen, i would wait around 30 minutes, but have a look at what other people are doing.

Ian , yes i read that revivogen is a DHT inhibitor and recent studies have proven to be more effective than propecia ( im talking about that new study which is sticky posted on this forum ) . Before you start the "revivogen more effective than propecia what the hell are you talking about " war , yes i know it probably isnt really so and the einsteins that inhabit this forum can give the explanaition why propecia is the most powerful DHT inhibitor..but..

SEXUAL SIDE-EFFECTS ARE NOT AN OPTION :jackit:

-----------

How long do you advice to wait between applying Rogaine Foam and Revivogen ? Wont 10 minutes be enough ?

cheers

the only reason to have a dry scalp is to avoid systemic absorption, and Rogaine is the only topical you have where you have to worry about that.

it think it is irresposible of the moderators of this forum to sticky that topic.

it indicates to me they have sold out.

this quote clearly shows how some people are thinking now, and it's just plain WRONG.

billythekid:

so would you say that this forum might not be entirely independent and that it may have a tendency to highlight revivogen´s effectiveness further than actual results ?

(but in all fairness all they did there was to present a study ..people can read it themselves and take what they want from it i guess..)

cheers

i just think it's laughable how all of a sudden people are comparing revovigen to finasteride.

it would be foolish to try revivogen first.

but even i still doubt that revivogen is more effective than propecia

have any of you had good results solely using it?
