should i apply 1 ml to the left side of my hairline, 1ml to the right, and 1ml to the crown??????

or should i just distribute 1 ml of rogaine foam to each part?

did you mean 2ml to each part? if so then no i dont think you are supposed to.

Its supposed to be 1ml liquid PER application so if you're a NW2 you should be fine with 1ml. If you have foam use a capful (size of the cap).

i meant should i put 1 whole ml to each area of the scalp or just divide 1 into three different parts and apply each 1/3 to their own separate areas

Use the foam and put Renin A over it at nite time
