I have been logging on to forums like this forever but I have never posted. I have one question I bought Rogaine foam because Propecia and Laser comb were not working at all (I believe). Today I used it for the first time. This is a stupid question but should I litterally spray the foam directly into the cap so I know how much a half a capful is? I sprayed it directly into my hand like on the video demo, but it did not feel like it was enough so I sprayed like 3 more times. How do you measure how much to use? Please help I am sorry for asking such a stupid question.

How long were you on them? At least 1 full year I hope?thecgin said:
Not a stupid question. The idea is to get at least a thin layer on your skin in the affected areas. You can do that with your fingertips very easily and shouldn't have to use a lot.
