rogain/regaine in ireland

i was told by the pharmacist that regaine foam is not for sale in Ireland,Does anyone know if this is true.He only had the liquid.
What price is reasonable for 5% regaine,i am only young and need to find the cheapest available,it was €38 for one months supply in that pharmacy

Cheaper than Regaine foam from Boots.

You cant get it in Ireland (yet).

Internet is your best bet.
