Rogain Foam - Fragrance or Citric Acid Allergy and Itching?

Has anyone had a problem with the Rogaine Foam causing itching after application?

Is it the citric acid or the fragrance that is most likely causing this allergic reaction?

They should just come out with the fragrance-free version of the Foam already!
