Who like everyone here is losing his hair and would like to at the very least try to prevent it from getting worse. I've been losing my hair since I was roughly seventeen but I've noticed recently just how quickly it's picked up.
Before I had a small bald spot on the back part of my head but now it's spread to the front and crown area, thinning quite noticeably. I've been working out for 6 months and lost a bit of weight so I feel more confident in myself in almost every area... except for my hair loss.
I joined this place in the hope of communicating with some helpful and interesting people, any advice for a newbie would be immensely appreciative.
I have been thinking about trying Folicare based on a few ads I've seen but truthfully I am completely lost with so many options available and little information or experiences told.
