Apologies if this is the wrong place to post. I haven't posted here in years.
I have a system with a perimeter base, to which I apply tape. A piece of the perimeter base, about 3/4 in by 1/2 in of this base has come loose from the hair, so when I apply tape, it comes loose from that section of hair to which the base was attached. I think I saw info here, that the perimeter could be repaired with liquid polyurethane.. Is this correct. or is there a better way to reoair this.
