I had a procedure done about 12 years ago and it never really covered my baldness but with the use of toppik I managed to conceal it . But over the years my hair loss ha progressed to the point where the back of my head is severly thinning and this leaves the option of shaving my head but i have little holes from the transplants . What is the best way to get rid of them

Cant you have some repair work done and keep your hair? hair transplant's have come a long way in the past 3 yrs let alone the past 12.

Did you mean your crown is opening up with increased hairloss, or are you referring to the thinning of the donor area?

Is it "pitting" where the grafts were placed that you are trying to get corrected?
