There are being long over due regulations being introduced to safeguard the general public against the abuses that are prevalant in the industry. There is a new wave of interest in this by the legislators.Anyone who has an interest in introducing legislation in his state can contact me via private message or go to Congress.org for more info. Also you can do a search on hairtransplant legislation and it will come up.These bills will not hinder the ligitamate Drs. doing responsible work but will put a severe dent in the quacks mainstay.

I wish they HAD to show you pictures/downloadable video of men running combs through their hair in good light and not just polaroid quality before and afters. Ive seen some pretty good hair transplants from the front, but that VERY unnatural thinness in the back along with big side recession that makes the front, even if well done, appear to top heavy like a pretty good wig would be.

Anyone hear anything on the cloning front. If true, this could be the final answer to baldness for all of us. I like Washenik, but know of Bosley's reputation from the 80's and early 90's. Ive talked with a few guys on Instant Messenger who are happy with the Bosley work that theyve recieved in the past 8 years or so (which is good news), but still think they may be blowin' a little smoke on the early dates for cloning (Ive heard as early as 2007-----which would be great).

To all you would be transplant recipients. Opt for a N3 hairline and use the propecia every day. Stay away from saturated animal fats and take a good multivitamin on a full stomach without caffeine. Use a gentle shampoo and Nizoral once a week to retard further loss. Most import, get one of the good docs who has plenty of before and afters and cares about his patients happiness.

I also truly hope cloning, hair multiplication, scalp impregnation, gene therapy, etc becomes a reality in our life-times. I have been hearing this now since 1980 although I do believe there has been more progress made in the last three years than the past three decades! Remember, the US govt would have to approve it before actual application could be done or worst case go to another country to receive the therapy.

Have any of you been using a conditioning shampoo called Tricomin? It is made by Procyte Corp and provides a triamino copper nutritional complex. When delivered to the dermal papilla inside the hair follicule, it helps to promote the growth stronger hair shafts. I always allow the suds to sit on my scalp for 5-7 minutes before rinsing off.

Sublime,

The fundamental difference is that Tricomin contains a tri-copper complex which IMO is very good to encourage stronger healthier hair shafts. Nothing wrong with Revivogen as long as it produces some benefit for you.
