regrowth on minoxidil, maintenance on propecia possible?====

when people start new threads like this, all it does is push the other, possibly more informative threads, down the page!!!

and to answer your question, probably half the members on this forum are on that "regime."

I am currently not on minoxidil, only on finasteride but ut hasnt showed its effect yet.Once the finasteride stops the hair loss, i am considering Minoxidil to grow dsome more hair.....and then stop it and maintain on propecia....

i think i would play safe by trying minoxidil on my temples first.....and see if it maintains with propecia...

The gains from Minoxidil can't be kept with Finasteride or any other antiandrogenic treatment. Bryan posted a study that showed impressively what happens if you use minoxidil+finasteride and quit minoxidil then.

cause i dont want to depend on Mino for the rest of my life.....so i guess i have no choice now but to take HGH products like what harey claims to see if it works....well this topicals are a waste of time....someone should just invent a hair growth pill similar to minoxidil....

and about the chart BRyan posted, there;s something there to indicate that with stopping minoxidil, the line dropped and stabilised again...and also the graph did not mention about the effect of minoxidil stoppage on finasteride+minoxidil.....it only represented stopping only minoxidil alone without the finasteride.....how do u explain this?.........and also no one is really sure how minoxidil works..some studies show it opend up some channels or blood flow ect...well if it does that how can the body close up what minoxidil opens if u stop using it?.....
