i have a receeding hairline, its not too bad currently but i know untreated it will get worse, regaine foam appeals as its so easy to use, im a trucker so its easy just to squirt some on , i tried alpecin liquid but it was so messy i gave up !
anyway,
because my balding isnt too bad right now im trying to use regaine as more of a precausion although i would like to regrow round the temples but because there isnt too much hairloss im not using very much, only about 1/4 of a cap, on the can it says dont exceed 1/2 a cap but my question is do i need to use 1/2 cap every time for it to be effective ? ie do i need the full 1/2 floating round my system or is it more topical so where its applied thats where it works whatever the amount ?
if anyone knows the answer not just a guess that would be great
