With Rogaine you have to apply to the scalp when the hair is dry. I was just wondering if that has any effect on the hair if you wanted to style it (spiking it up etc). On a few snake oils I was reluctant to rub onto dry hair cos it made the hair's texture different and difficult to spike up.
What does everyone else think?
