Recomendation For Bad Sleep And Constant Headache?

Hello
Well maybe its my regimen,
Oral minoxidil in the morning, RU with minoxidil at nite,
Finas 1 in the morning,

Or maibe it something in my life, well my question is anyone got recommendation for a better sleep,
and also to avoid headache on the day?

I am already with melatonin and posture and breath tecniques for the headaches, its help but i want more!

My tip for a better sleep is to wake up early, before sunrise, around 5am and get more productive. Work out and sweat. Eat healthy. Don't take nap in the afternoon. As cliche as it may sound, this works. When the night comes, like a low battery, you'll need to recharge and you'll get a better sleep.

For the headaches, from my experience, it's the oral minoxidil that does that. I had headaches too with that. I suggest taking a low dose oral minoxidil (0.5 or 0.25) and take it at night. Also just use topical minoxidil once a day, it's optimum.

You think at night is good? i thought that may cause sleeping problem also
