Receding hairline and side hair loss

HI!!!

Im currently on propercia, sawpalmetto, xandrox 15% minoxidil, and daily multivitamin tablets.

My hair seems to have stablised some what but i've got a concern, if anyone can address it. Basically, im losing hair from the side of my hair, around my ears. its all uneven now and its mainly on the right hand side.

The leftermost (not a word, but go with it) point could just be male pattern baldness.

As for the rest, I don't see it at that quality picture, but for what its worth I got that after a couple of months on finasteride, and its dandy thick now 2 months later, so I wouldn't worry too much unless it stays/has been there for a long time.
