Really need a recommendation! (What to add next beside the Big 2)

To make it short, I am already on finasteride (6 months) and minoxidil (3 months), NW2, still have the same hair; bald temples but intact crown.

One little annoying thing is that I have retrograde alopecia; thin sides, behind the ears and neckline. I want to add a natural supplement, now hold on, I am already on the "scientifically-proved" stuff but lurking around female hair loss forums, I noticed that many of them do jump on zinc/biotin/whatever to tackle their thin sides and necklines... keep in mind that I plan NOT to benefit from them to attack my classical male pattern baldness temples, that would be minoxidil job.

What should I add? Biotin? Zinc? etc... my goal is to thicken my thin sides and behind the ears!
