And this information will tell you what?

Caffeine in tea is nothing compared to coffee so you need to change that part needs to be taken out.

Just curious what your theory is. Do you think it has a negative impact?

Caffeine has anti-inflammatory properties. There are some natural shampoos out there that have caffeine in them.

I took it out for you. Green tea has roughly 1/3 of the amount, other herbal tea has zero.

I think the biggest negative impact is possible kidney stones, headaches and anxiety with too much caffeine if I remember right.

I used to as well, I stayed at my girlfriends parents house over a weekend once and they don't drink coffee so I went without.

I felt horribly hungover for 3 days and I realized how addicted to Caffeine my body was. So I exchanged green tea for coffee cup for cup. I felt pretty tired for 2 weeks but now I feel fantastic. I still drink green tea every day, but it only equals maybe one cup of cofee a day caffeine wise.

When I first started college and worked for a computer company I was drinking like a 12 pack a day for a summer. Since then I have had like prolly an average of a mountain dew a day since then. No caffeine today. Bout 2 months ago though I was having to drink massive amounts of mountain dew to stay awake for my 6am - 5pm shifts.

Should probably switch to coffee since there isn't all that sugar. A shot of espresso is a lot easier to down than a 64 oz big gulp.
